Fred Gerson | CFO
Mr. Gerson was previously VP and CFO of Marimba, Inc. Under his financial leadership, Marimba achieved revenues of over $30 million in 1999 and raised significant capital in a successful IPO offering. Prior to Marimba, Mr. Gerson was VP and CFO of Maxis, Inc., a publicly-traded publisher and marketer of entertainment software products, where he led Maxis' IPO and was instrumental in its merger with Electronic Arts. Mr. Gerson also has held CFO positions at Farallon Computing, Peter Norton Computing, Inference and the Coin Operated Games division of Atari. Mr. Gerson received his MBA from New York University and his BA from Brooklyn College.
